Exchange & Refund Policy for Online Mattress Only

  • You have 10 nights from the date of delivery to try out our online mattress and it can only be exchanged for another product of the same value or store credit in one of our showrooms.
  • If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will pick it up for free.
  • There should be no stains or dirt marks on the mattress, or in the case of damage, an exchange will not be possible.
  • If you wish to return your mattress during your 10 nights, a pick-up fee of 250 AED will apply and the difference will be money-back guaranteed.
  • All refunds issued by Celeste are processed using the same method payment used for the purchase, for example - if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed on the same credit card. Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days depending on your card provider. Purchase made in cash or cheque will be refunded by cheque and can take up to 15 days.

Exchange & Refund Policy for In Store Mattress Only

  • Only regular size mattresses can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Odd sizes made to order cannot be exchanged.
  • Products should be in the original packed condition along with the original proof of purchase.
  • There should be no stains or dirt marks on the mattress, or in the case of damage, an exchange will not be possible.
  • The customer has to pay the difference amount, if he/she chooses the expensive option.
  • There will be no refund in case customer exchange with a cheaper option, Celeste will offer accessories of equal amount to cover the difference.
  • There will be no exchange of retail in-store products with online products that are priced lower.

Cancellation Policy

  • For the special made to order Beds and Mattresses, order once made cannot be cancelled or altered, as they have to be manufactured specially for the specific customer.
  • Orders placed online and in store cannot be cancelled, but instead exchanged or as in the case of online shopping, refunded.

Fabrics & Accessories

  • Beds, Mattresses, Pillows, Duvets and all other accessories at Celeste's showrooms should be thoroughly checked at the time of purchase. No quality claims will be entertained after delivery.

Furniture

  • Products once dispatched or self-collected will not be EXCHANGED or REFUNDED.

Exports

  • All exports are done on port to port basis.
  • All other charges at the port of destination are on customer's account.
  • Please request for reviewing additional documents (available in the store regarding export deliveries).

Warranties

  • All products sold by Celeste Industries LLC are warranted for minimum one year (or as specified on the products) against manufacturing defect. Warranty is limited to the country of sale.
