Restorative Yoga

Yin

But that’s not all, each pose is held for a long time so while you relax, you also get a chance to practice patience.

Vinyasa

This type of Yoga is known for its fluid practices albeit movement-intensive. One of the major differences between those who practice this yoga and others is the ability to smoothly transition from one pose to another. Music is often played in the background, not only to keep things lively but also to allow for a sense of relaxation and attain an even breathing pattern. The most interesting aspect of Vinyasa is that every single class is different so you will never get bored of the routine.

Hatha

This is, perhaps, the most simplistic form of Yoga as it involves the basic poses and focuses on teaching physical posture – more than anything else. It is defiantly not the sort of Yoga that will leave you in a sweat but your body will feel much looser and a lot more relaxed.

Bikram

If you are looking for something that will actually leave your body feeling like it went through a sort of cleansing, this is the one for you. Bikram classes are always heated and it is a routine which consists of 26 poses in the same sequence, each time. The positions challenge your muscles while the heated room leaves you sweating so when you walk out, you will definitely feel like you are ready to conquer the day.
